Trying to become motivated to do one more rep, two more sets, a few more minutes in the gym can be a challenge for must of us at times. I know that I am always on the lookout for new and unique ways to motivate myself. Most of the time I am fortunate enough to find that motivation. Other times, not so much! I spend a fair amount of time ‘getting ready to get ready’ instead of, as Mr. Maxwell suggests, just doing it. I know I will call upon this quotation for those rare days when sofa surfing and power eating, rather than exercise, are my first thought and desire. How about you?
