Be specific. Be clear. Be focused. Be driven. When it comes to attaining your fitness goals, it’s not enough to merely write your check to the gym. We need to have a vision for ourselves that includes how we want to look and feel and be going forward. We need a plan. And then we need to put action behind our plan if we are to reach our fitness goals. It takes practice to ‘walk our talk’. Even if our journey towards looking and feeling the best begins with small steps, go ahead and take those steps.
